Our Verification Process
Step 1
Application Review
Business submits a halal certificate from a recognized certifying body. We review the certificate details and issuing organization.
Step 2
Certificate Validation
We contact the certifying body directly to confirm authenticity, coverage, and expiry date. No self-reported data accepted.
Step 3
On-Site Review
For restaurants, we conduct a menu and sourcing review to confirm all ingredients and processes meet halal standards.
Step 4
Annual Renewal
Certifications are checked annually. Businesses with expired or lapsed certificates are immediately suspended from the platform.
