Terms of Use, Disclaimer & Full Release of Liability

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Dotcom Marketing LLC. They apply to all users including customers, business partners, visitors, and any other party accessing the platform. HalalFood.Com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes unconditional acceptance of any modified Terms.

2. Parties — Who Operates This Platform

Platform Operator: HalalFood.Com is managed and operated solely by Dotcom Marketing LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

Domain Owner (No Operational Role): The domain halalfood.com is registered to Renewable Energy Solutions, Inc. — a completely separate legal entity from Dotcom Marketing LLC with absolutely no involvement in the management, operation, staffing, content, services, or activities of HalalFood.Com. Any legal claim arising from HalalFood.Com may only be brought against Dotcom Marketing LLC.

3. Platform Disclaimer — No Liability

HalalFood.Com is a technology platform only that connects users with independent businesses. HalalFood.Com and Dotcom Marketing LLC are NOT restaurants, food manufacturers, food handlers, halal certifiers, or delivery companies.

HalalFood.Com expressly disclaims all liability for: food quality, safety, or halal status; any illness, injury, or allergic reaction; delivery failures or accidents; acts or omissions of any listed business; accuracy of any listing or certification; professional advice by listed businesses; technical failures; or any other harm of any nature.

4. Full & Unconditional Release of All Liability

You hereby fully and irrevocably release, discharge, and hold harmless (collectively "Released Parties"):

• Dotcom Marketing LLC — Platform Operator — and all its owners, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns
• HalalFood.Com and all platform administrators
• All third-party vendors, payment processors, and technology providers

…from ANY AND ALL claims, demands, actions, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses of every kind — whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, fixed or contingent — arising out of or in any way connected with your use of HalalFood.Com, any food order or delivery, any service obtained through the platform, any interaction with any listed business, or any act or omission of any third party.

This release includes claims for personal injury, death, food-borne illness, allergic reaction, property damage, economic loss, emotional distress, and any other harm of any nature whatsoever.

5. Maximum Liability Cap

IN THE EVENT ANY COURT OR ARBITRATOR FINDS ANY RELEASED PARTY LIABLE, THE MAXIMUM TOTAL LIABILITY OF ALL RELEASED PARTIES COMBINED SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00), regardless of the nature or severity of any claim. This cap is absolute.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless all Released Parties from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of HalalFood.Com, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or any dispute between you and any listed business.

7. Mandatory Arbitration — No Lawsuits

ALL DISPUTES arising from these Terms or use of HalalFood.Com shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration — not in court. Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules in Orange County, Florida. All claims must be filed within one (1) year of the triggering event or are permanently barred. Claims must be brought individually — no class actions.

8. Food Safety & Halal Disclaimer

HalalFood.Com does not independently verify or certify the halal status of any food, product, or service. All halal certification is the sole responsibility of the listed business. Users with allergies or dietary restrictions must contact the business directly before ordering. HalalFood.Com is not responsible for cross-contamination, mislabeling, or any health consequences.

9. Privacy Policy

HalalFood.Com collects user data including name, email, phone, and delivery address solely to facilitate platform services. Payment information is processed by Stripe, Inc. and is never stored by HalalFood.Com or Dotcom Marketing LLC. We do not sell user data to third parties. Data may be shared with listed businesses solely for service fulfillment. By using the platform you consent to this data use.

10. Platform Rules

• Users must be 13 years of age or older to use this platform
• Only verified halal businesses may be submitted for listing
• HalalFood.Com may remove any listing or suspend any account at any time without notice or liability
• Fraudulent submissions, false listings, or platform abuse may result in permanent termination and legal action
• You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without written permission

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
